What is AI4DEV?

AI4DEV is a 3+1 day intensive training course designed for software development teams to apply generative AI on a daily routine basis. Instead of the traditional 4-6 months learning process, we provide all this in a few days.

Program

Day 1

Theoretical and practical AI grounding

Introduction to Copilot and ChatGPT technologies, their purposes and practical applications in agile software development.

Day 2

Sample use-case processing

Dedicated interactive exercises for GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT demonstrating effective application for participants.

Day 3

Analyzing and solving dedicated (own) problems

Teams will bring their development challenges and use their learning to create solutions.

Day 4

Feedback and evaluation

After 2-4 weeks of training, we will conduct feedback interviews and after the evaluation, we will prepare a summary presentation of the development teams’ experiences for the developers and their managers.
